The Arts

The Arts
All students have a lesson in the Arts each week. These lessons cover Music, Drama, Dance and Media Arts. These topics are often integrated together and also make connections to learning that is happening in the classroom through literacy skills, and social/emotional skills.
Year 5 and 6 students are able to join the ENPS choir. The choir is a part of the South Australian Festival of Music and perform at the Festival Theatre in September of each year. They also participate in the North Metro Music Festival as well as performing at school assemblies and the end of year concert.
Instrument lessons are available with specialist instructors through the Department for Education Instrumental Music program. Year 5 and 6 students have the option of percussion/drumming lessons and Year 3 and 4 students have the option of violin/cello.
